Cari Thomas studied English Literature and Creative Writing at Warwick University, followed by Magazine Journalism at Cardiff School of Journalism. Cari spent time working at teen magazine Sugar as well as working in consumer publishing and digital strategy, before writing her debut novel Threadneedle which was published in 2021. Cari's new novella The Hedge Witch will be out on 7th July and you can pre-order a copy here.

The Leviathan by Rosie Andrews was published in February this year and was an instant Sunday Times bestseller. It is Rosie Andrews’ debut novel for which she was selected as one of the Observer’s ten debut novelists to look out for in 2022. The Leviathan is a beguiling tale of superstition, myth and murder, set in 17th century England during a time of political and religious turbulence.
